2. Service Bookings & Technician Visits
- By booking a service, you agree to provide an accurate address and contact details.
- Our visiting technicians will inspect the appliance and provide an estimated cost before starting the repair work.
- A nominal visiting/visitation fee is applicable if you decide not to proceed with the suggested repair after inspection.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices quoted by technicians are based on the complexity of the repair and the cost of spare parts required.
- Payments must be cleared immediately after the completion of the service via cash, UPI, or online transfer as preferred by the service center.
4. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use high-quality spare parts for replacements.
- Any warranty on replaced spare parts will be explicitly communicated by the technician at the time of repair and is subject to the specific part manufacturer’s terms.
- No warranty will be applicable on repairs involving water damage, physical breakage, or external electrical fluctuations after the service is completed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Expert Service Centre and its technicians aim to provide safe and reliable repairs. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the appliance, component failures due to wear and tear during inspection, or accidental damages beyond our reasonable control.
